I had raised complain vide complain id – IN08022064989 that my TCL led is blinking from left side and I raised this complain on 29-08-2022, the service executive visited with in two days and informed us and the company regarding the same. I made complain on 29th Aug 2022, within two days engineer visited and submitted his report to the TCL, earlier they were saying they will replace panel then they said they will replace TV and now since last 10 days they are saying the concerned part is in transit. I don’t know from where the part got dispatched. When we call customer care they don’t have exact information regarding it and when we asked them to connect with supervisor they said they are not available. TCL executive earlier said TAT of my complain is 15 days but it’s been a month but still they don’t have any idea by when they will resolve it. Even they are not ready to share their complaint matrix or Grievance cell contact details
