Dear Sir /Madam,
My name is Ravi Kumar and I am writing this in relation to my unpleasant experience with TCL and being unable to resolve this issue. Which I have been trying to resolve for over 3 months.
I purchased a TCL Television last year with a one-year warranty remaining.
After about 4 months of the purchase I raised an issue with TCL about the issue, I am facing but no response from the service center, India support and other mail id’s provided are of no use, and no one bothers to take responsibility for the company name, as per the advice by the consultant I would like to file a complaint regarding the worst service provided by the TCL company in India.
So before going to consumer court and launching an official complaint.
I hope to hear back from your complaints department so this issue can be resolved as quite frankly I am very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from TCL
