Whom It May Concern,
Dear Sir /Madam,
My name is Kamilla and I am writing this in relation to my unpleasant experience with Tcl and being unable to resolve this issue. Which I have been trying to resolve for over 6 months.
I purchased a TCL Television last year in August with a one year warranty remaining .
After about 4 months of the purchase I raised an issue with TCL about the stand by time of the TV. I spoke to 5 different individuals and the issue wasn’t resolved. So I gave up. As it wasn’t a major issue. Then a few months later. My Television suddenly went onto restriction mode. I tried every thing possible to get it out of restricted mode. The master pins wouldn’t work. A factory reset option wasn’t successful either. I have spent over 8.5 hours on the phone between consultations and team leaders and supervisors and the issue remains unresolved. And now I have been advised by the consultant that now the warranty is finished and there is nothing that can be done about it. .
So before going to consumer affairs and launching an official complain. I thought I would give it one last try to resolve this with Tcl internally. I can be contracted on my mobile if you have any further question.
I hope to hear back from your complaints department so this issue can be resolved as quite frankly I am very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from TCL
