I WAS BOUGHT TCL HEADSET FROM CHENNAI MOBILES AT T.NAGAR, CHENNAI. NEAR T.NAGAR BUS STANDS.
28.03.2022 (BUYING DATE)
YESTERDAY (12/02/2023) I WENT THAT CHENNAI MOBILES. THEN I SAID THEM MY HEADSET NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SO PLS CHECK IT SELF.
simply they are told warranty has expired.
then i said it will not completed less than one year.
he said 6month only warranty have.
when i was buying time they are told one year have warranty available.
but in our bill not mention any warranty seal 6 or 1 year.
so pls take necessary action to them. i have a original bill also.
