I have appled credit card through an TCL Credi Card app and I have received call back from your bengaluru office,

TCL Card Krishna Tower, No 82/1, 1st & 2nd Floor, Richmond Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025, Ph.8739968898 <tclsmallfinance@gmai.com
And completed card related processes and paid applicable charges as directed by Mr.Rahul Singh senior officer. Many times call and request to activation of the same , not activated the same and asking again and again money against card activation.
To day I requst them refund the amount any problems in issuing card.
I have received replay for pay refund filing charges. Today Ipaid rs 4232/= , not realised my refund
Till date I have totally paid Rs 14492/= this amount is myself very high, this amount is arranged by friend circle a
I request you to please help me for getting refund the amount Immediately
