My son was taught 5th grades syllabus when he was in 6th grade and when he started 7th grade, they have been teaching him 6th grade syllabus. When we realized it it was beginning of 7th grade. We opened complaint and their professionals talked to us and assured that it had been taken care of which was whit lie. Whenever we followed up, they kept sending automated messages saying it had been taken care of. At one point we decided to pause the classes until they fix it for real. During this process 24 classes were over. I asked them to credit it or refund. This went on for 3 or more months, promising me to do justice. Now they refused by saying that they can not do anything. I am asking for fair justice on my case.
