I have done full repayment of loan of TYTO CASH APP it is the online NBFC loan application with the lending partener ZAVRON FINANCE PVT LTD.
The application showing loan paid but CIBIL and othe credit bureaus still showing overdue, Many times i wrote email to (customercare@ty2.in) TYTO CASH APP to change my loan close status on credit bureau but they don’t also i try to call them on coustomer care no (01140844838) that not in used now days and not replying my emails and decreasing my CIBIL day by day.
I have some proof in Screenshot that i have made complete repayment of company with other charges. I request respected consumer court to solve my concern and do needful for loan close. I am provide attachment of payment done receipt via UPI(phonepe), in application paid amount status and CIBIL report which is not updated by TYTO CASH APP.
