After complaining several times since last two months and Getting three technician visits even in this corona situation is vain. The problem of not getting many channels like Epic, pitaara, even DD metro still persists. When asked about the solution, the only solution provided is another technician visit which doesn’t seems to be solution now. When asked about any other solution the Complaint receiver of call center named Naveen kumar misbehaved and put off the call in middle of conversation.
