They took a three year subscription from me in Aug 2019 till Aug 2022.

It worked till Jan 2020, that is a period of less than five months. Once we had problem and complained, they neither attended to the problem nor reduced the charges that they levy on my account for all the channels. I removed all the channel subscriptions so that only the basic charge is levied on me.

However, they levied the entire sum for the basic charges for all the three years. After repeated complaining, in the month of Sep 2020, they said, that unless I pay for the service charges, they cannot have the issue cleared.

Now, all my equipments are still under warranty. This covers every one of them. And if the equipments are under warranty, it means they will have to provide free service. But the company says, there is no service warranty applicable to the equipments.

Am I supposed to do the servicing of the equipments? And where is the warranty of the equipment in that case? All the equipments were supplied by Tatasky. They installed and made it operational.

Now, even when the warranty is operational, they stopped providing service support.

So I asked them to refund the three year subscription they have taken back. They say that they will refund only the extra channel subscription charges for the three years and not the basic subscription charges! Even if they subtract one year charge they could return the charges for the other two years! That is also not being done.

I am losing on all counts.

  1. No warranty of the equipment is valid. They have sold the equipments and are walking away from their responsibilities.
  2. There was nothing like a service warranty that was ever offered to us. Now they are bringing up something that was not told to us earlier.
  3. Isolating service and warranty is in bad business sense. How can warranty exist without service? This is a stand taken for cheating the public.
  4. While settling the accounts, refund has to be done for the full amount or on a pro-rata basis. Failing which it is injustice and misuse of their position as a big business.

Please give me justice.
