Text of Complaint by Pooja Agarwal:

On 31st may morning 8am Humara  tatasky setup box me signal lost hua humne approx 9.30am ko complain kiya aur saath me address aur phone number update kiya jo 2 years pahle bhi karwa chuke the, problem puchne par humne explain kiya ki signal lost dekha raha hai, tho tatasky customer care ke bolne par humne master rest kiya aur pata chala signal zero hai. Tab usne bataya ki appke hardware me issue hoga isliye signal nahi aa raha hai,aur usne kaha ki jab tak hardware problem solve nahi hoga signal nahi ayega. But afternoon me 1.30pm approx 5minutes ke liye signal aya without disturbance. Aur mujhe baat me Technician ‘Junaid Khan’ ka call aya old address par janewala tha usne time pucha address confirm kiya tho pata chala usse old address diya hai usko mene correct address pe ane ko kaha tho usne 2 other persons ko mere number forward kardiya, jo shayad tatasky  Technician bhi nahi the.

31st ko koi Technician nahi aya tho mein shaam ko phir se tatasky me call kiya tho pata chala morning wale address type karke submit nahi kiya tha isliye address update nahi hua, 2years back jo mene update request kiya tha. Aur Technician Appointment reschedule kiya. But again 1 june ko  koi Technician nahi aya mein phir call kiya afternoon me approx 2pm but 1 june ko bhi koi nahi aya sab usne kaha tha high priority me reschedule kiya hai 2 hours me Technician aajayega.

1june morning 9.30am approx wapas automatically signal aya for around 20 minutes,jab ki tatasky customer care wale ne kaha tha appke hardware issue ko solve kiye bina signal nahi ayega tho ye signal kaise aya. Mere pass 1june ka tv ka photo bhi hai.

1june shaam ko phir se call kiya tha isbaar  customer care Executive ke senior manager se bhi baat hui usne promise kiya top high priority me reschedule kar 2june between 11am to 1pm ka time slot diya.  Aur same abhi tak koi nahi aya.

Ye tatasky ka customer care centre hai jo customer ke baar baar complaint karne par bhi help nahi karte aur mazak me lete hai tatasky customer care ne mujhe aur mere husband ko mentally harass kiya hai.

Muhje lag raha hai company ki trick hai extra money earn karne ki ya daily uses ka deduction karne ki unki daily kuch minutes ke liye signal aa raha hai aur per day ka charges deduct ho raha hai.

Mene new connection ke liye baat ki tho ache se baat ki par phir Technician ke complain ki baat ki tho phir ghumane lage.

 

TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE ne mujhe harass kar diya I want you to take action at the earliest.
