Tatasky doesn’t allow existing customers to buy new similar set top box to replace existing ones, either you have to go for an upgrade or buy refurbished one or buy altogether a new connection. As affording upgrade wasn’t required nor buying new one, we were forced to buy refurbished one. Why can’t we choose new one when we have been Royal customer to Tatasky for close to 7 years, now the refurbished one also shuts down abruptly. We need provision of buying new box in case existing customers boxes become faulty.
