I have been following up with the Tatasky since 29th March and today is 3rd April and though I have been charged Rs.100/-my issue has not been resolved till today. I call up and follow up every day and every night but till date I did not get the resolution and my call gets disconnected by the agents and supervisors most of the times and it takes me another 20-25 minutes to get connected. I spoke to agents like Aditya, Surya and Senior team Santos and Rohit. Also with Poornima the Team Leader but none of them have followed up for closure despite giving me all the promises for closure. Rohit had in fact disconnected the line as well. Please provide me the compensation for all the phone calls for hours every day/night, for the days I have not been able to watch tatasky and for technician charges.
