Today this is 6th days but your engineer did not come and also I did not get any phone call from your side why ?

I am so disappointed with Tata sky service engineers behaviour his behaviour was so rude to us. We are facing problem since last 3 months we have multiple Tata sky setup box, and one setup box Tata sky is not playing any channel and for this I have been complaining to your customer care from last 5 days but I have given only timeline by your support team that they will send their engineer to our address whiten 24 hours but he didn’t come from last 4 days and also note without visiting at our address your engineer closed my complain tt# so I am so unhappy with Tata sky engineer behaviour and services who had installed and he did not fix the issue. so kindly take strict action to your engineer who closed my case id without visiting to my location.
