complaining through Twitter and Facebook of scrambled pictures on my Tatasky connection and even sent photographs of the screen images.
It is with disgust and dismay to note that nobody has bothered to call or send a proper technician to check it.
I had been facing the same problem last year and with great difficulty and after a long time a technician came to my home and checked it. Got some channels but many were not visible clearly.
Recently I added channel 130 to watch KBC but am not able to watch it as the images on the screen are scrambled.
No one seems to be bothered.
Now kindly tell me how to discontinue your services so that I take services of some other service provider.
You have failed miserably is giving proper services.
Meanwhile will put forth my complaint to government.
