My Subscriber no.1141649515..

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

It’s been 25days and more that I am not able to view any of the paid subscribed channels and now my account is deactivated..I have been calling and speaking to customer care executives regularly…but there is no response from the team after assuring the issue will sort within 24hrs…
Initially first 2days I was told there is a technical error from Tatasky and they will sort it…then they started to instruct me how to change the channel and settings and when they couldn’t sort it ,they said they would arrange a technician to visit and sort it out but when it was 15days no action is taken…
After a week someone called Shareef from technical team spoke to me and asked me to tune the channel as per his instruction and after that whatever free channels I was able to see was gone…
I am paying RS.492 every month for these services and it’s not the 1st technical error which is happening from Tatasky…I have clearly told the customer care now that I don’t know how you arrange a technician at my home – I need my refund for these days that I am not able to view any channels and secondly I am not going to pay for any technicians visit as I don’t want to use Tatasky anymore as it going to be a month we have been calling and writing…
Due to tatasky’s poor service ,customer should not suffer…This is how Tatasky earns money and doesn’t provide services only..I have no problem paying 1000bucks also if initially it was rectified or technician visited to sort it…
Now I request my refund and a technician or please discontinue my subscription and I will also make sure I circulate it in social media about this robbery in day light in the name of service Tatasky is up to..by providing all the request no.and the details I have received after each call…
