my tata sky connection is not working from 11/08/20, lodged a complaint on 11/08, technician attended and opined that set top box is faulty, needs to be changed. next day he changed the same, but it worked for a day only. Again the same problem started. since then, i filed complaint on 22/08/20, 24/08/20, 26/08/20, 27/08/20, 29/08/20,01/09/20, 03/09/20 ans finally on this platform on 06/09/20. they visited ande opined the same that set top box is faulty and will be replced tomorrow i.e. 08/09/20. But till date no response at all. not able to understand what to do?????
