when I switched on set top box, after 2 or 3 minutes s/w update started but it remained at 69%. After 15 minutes I restarted the box but problem remains the same channels come for 2 or 3 minutes then s/w update starts and stuck at 69%. So I booked the complainant and Tatasky technician visited and said to me yr tatasky setup box will be replaced , and the charge will be rs.400 for the box.
But one question is in my mind that my set top box was working fine till tata sky releases the s/w for the box. Now its their responsibility to look whether the set up box can support the software or not before introducing the new software. If set up box is not supportive then why should I bear the cost of new set up box? I am quite happy with the old software.
