I requested for a new Tatasky connection as I have been transferred to Delhi from Guwahati.
I specified that I wanted 4K Set Top Box connection and prime sports pack.
I made the request online on 6th April 2019. I got a call from service centre thereafter several times. I was subsequently informed that since 4K set top box was not readily available, my connection installation was scheduled on monday i.e. 8/4/2019. On monday, i got a call informing set top box not yet available but will confirm position again in the evening. Thereafter, i received no further call or intimation.
On 10/09/2019, I called up the service centre having number 9315708209 and i was informed that 4K Set Top Box had arrived. I asked the staff why i was not intimated or my connection not scheduled. I was informed technician would be despatched by 1 pm but no call was received. I again call around 1 pm and a technical staff was despatched. No one was at home and i requested to wait but staff said he will come back after one and half hour. I agreed and by the time my family had got back to residence just to ensure the tatasky connection. I informed the technical staff named Sashi immediately and he said he will take 1 and half hours as he was attending another customer. After 2 hours, there was no call from the technical staff having number 8510036337 and I called him. He said ‘wait for 10 mins and I will be on my way”. After 30 mins also, he did not call back and then when I call him on phone, he replied, “I have been assigned another customer/call and my task has been assigned to another technical staff called Sachin.” I asked him to provide number of Sachin so I can talk. But no number was provided. After that, I called up Service Centre number 9315708209 several times but it was not attended. My call was either cut or not taken. The staff also did not receive my call.
It is this kind of lies and negligence that I have faced while trying to get a new tatasky connection in Delhi. Even after 5 days of installation request, connection is not given and subjected to lies of attending to the request. I have been a loyal customer of TATASKY for last 10 years with customer ID 1051864377 and this kind of experience has raised lot of serious questions.
Kindly get the new connection installed as requested and take necessary action against staff bearing mobile number 9315708209 and 8510036337 for their unprofessional conduct.
