Sir,
As I had booked for new tatasky HD box connection through online on 03 Dec 2019 and paid Rs.300. but tatsky team not install on that day. And I was told them 03 december only available in my native place, if possible only do that. They told me within 1 hour get install in my native place of Mannam poondi village (Tindivanam taluk). but no one reached my native and also several times called them no response from tatasky team. So I have raised cancellation of booking of new connection id 1355196112 (1RJ3N48X).
On next day of 04 dec 2019 to 06 dec 2019 tatasky team from different and different phone numbers called me to do installation and clearly told them do cancel new connection, but tatasky team raised new work order frequently without my knowledge (1RH6RSIV and 1RM6C3A0).So i have frustration for the above concern. I have attached the evidence of payment and phone call numbers. I request you to resolve my queries as soon as possible and refund my money.
