I registered a complaint on 12th aug that my tatasky box is not working and as per their policy they said within 24 hrs your problem will be solved but 2 days they fooled us and no technician visits us nd even aftee 2 days he visited and changed box bt it doesn’t starts after 5 minutes of use and company ended my complaint to be solved without even asking the customer satisfaction and now their technician telling that ‘box humare office me bhijwa dijiye mai ni aaunga sudhare maine kaam band kar diya h’ . Plz review to ny complaint nd take strict action.
