My TV was not receiving signal since morning 10.00hrs of 15 July,Otis my primary TV, whereas second TV was getting signal and running okay,I made 8-10 complaint to customer care number but still no solution at 14.50 hrs on 17 July 2019,
Company should deduct amount from monthly charges on prorat basis till problem is resolved
