Tatasky is not providing service .I had requested for a new remote since my existing one is not working since 15.05.2019.I have paid for annual charge and my TV is lying idle since set top boxes does not operate without a remote. Till date they say they will arrange for the technician visit everyday and keep me waiting from morning to night . Inspite of calling them morning till night they are not responding. Please suggest what to do and how can I get my remote to start watching television again.
