I have a TataSky DTH connection No. 1171419417. I recharged my a/c on 7th December’18 with the amount of 7510 Rs. I opt Dhamaal Mix and Dhamaal Mix HD packs for 2 years. I was confirmed with the TataSky customer care representative that the pack which your choose will be continued for 2 years. We will not change it with-in this period, if TRAI rules would be changed.
But now they are cancelling my current plan and converting it into a-la-carte, which I don’t want. It was also confirmed in news (attached) that if customer recharged his a/c before 1st Feb’19 then he can continue with the same plan till then it will not expire.
I also made a complaint against this on tatasky. Complaint number is 1ARCT6TO. But they are not listening me. Please help.
