For my tata sky account no 1019386794, I had paid Rs 3290 on 28 June 18 for Dhamaal mix pack for one year upto 27 june 19. But Tata sky disconnected services on 27th Dec 18 saying that charges of addition pay channels wete charged. I contested their claim by saying that during subsciption, i had told that i do not want any extra paid channels. Still they have disconnected
