My Tata Sky Account Id was 1276264445
They have deducted INR 1199.00 from my tatasky account without my knowledge or consent.
On enquiry, they are stating these are the charges for not returing the binge adapter along with binge device.
While returning the Binge subscription, I have returned the binge device, its remote, and charger. However, the technician refused to take back the USB cable stating that it is not the one provided with Binge. I offered to buy an alternate USB cable with the same specifications but he refused to provide any specifications.
Now they have forced 1199 from my account and are refusing to take back the USB cable. Moreover they started claiming that the binge charger itself was not returned.
I want to file a case against them with valid proofs, and hence requested them receipt for the amount deducted. They are not responding back.
I am stuck with Tata Sky since my account is deactivated due to unofficial charges deducted. Unable to watch TV since Sept 25. They are not responding to my complaint regarding this.

Promptly resolved by Tatasky. They refunded the wrongly charged amount.
