I am soham panchal
And i am in service with tatasky since 1year, your customer care executive told me if it is an issue with dish then it will not chargeable and if it is an issue with your modem then we will charge you.
Just now your engineer (Name – Gautam) came and checked everything and he found the issue was in dish.
Now your customer care executive is saying we will charge you.
Let me tell you, i am in Cyber Crime and i will call you in court and i will prove that you chit us.
I have a proof and i will finish you guys if it cuts from my account.
