EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ON PART OF TATASKY TO DEBIT
MONEY FOR CHANNEL PACK THAT I HAVEN’T EVEN SUBSCRIBED. WHAT’S MORE SHOCKING IS THE WAY ESCALATION TEAM REPRESENTATIVE TALKED TO ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE ON 17th December 2020. HE SAID THAT THE AMOUNT WOULD BE REVERSED IN MY ACCOUNT BUT HE WAS NEITHER APOLOGETIC NOR CONCERNED. DUE TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE TO AIRTEL.
SHAME ON TATASKY AS A BRAND FOR HAVING SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PEOPLE IN THEIR ESCALATION HANDLING TEAM.
