Hi I am using tatasky DTH service.
My subscription ID: 1273455079
I have recharged on 5 January 2019 with semi annual pack worth of Rs.1360. But it is showing next recharge due date as 5 May 2019.
But as per the recharge date, next due date should be 5 July 2019.
I have contacted customer care, but not getting proper answer from them. I want to know why due date is showing as 5 May 2019.
