I had paid 3470 on 24.09.2018 towards my TATASKY DTH Sub.ID 1162575276 in the name of Pawan Koul for one year package with the condition that there will not be any change in your package during this one year i.e.upto 24.09.2019. But on 23.03.19 my package was changed without my confirmation. I made a complaint on 23.03.19 vide complaint No.1DJ9HPJH but the same was dropped without resolving to my satisfaction. I again lodged the complaint and asked to reopen the complaint but new complaint No. was provided which is 1DN43AQV and again this complaint was dropped without resolution on 27.03.19. That is why I had approached consumer forum with my complaint. When I had paid advance for 12 months viewing of uninterrupted TATASKY with the condition that nothing will change during this one year even if there is any change in rates of TATASKY and all the channels as per package will be provided during this year then why my package was changed without my knowledge and against the agreed terms and conditions. I appeal to direct the co.to restore my services and should be valid upto 24.09.2019.
