I/M NOT ABLE TO VIEW ANY CHANNEL DUE TO POWER SUPLY PROBLEM IN SETUP BOX SINCE 13.06.2020 ON REQUEST TECHNICIAN (m.b.no.7573834737) VISITED ON 14.06.2020 AND REPLIES THAT THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE SETUP BOX BUT THEY NOT HAVING THE BOX DUE TO UNAVAILABLITY OF HD BOX. AGAIN ON REQUEST ON 16.06.20 TO JOIN SD BOX FOR VIEWING THE TV THEY REPLIES IT’S NOT POSSIBLE AND HD BOX WILL AVAILABLE IN 8 DAYS. AGAIN ON 18.06.20 MY FRIEND CONTACTED SAME TECHINICIAN FOR NEW HD SETUP BOX CONNECTION HE REPLISE THAT IT’S AVAILABLE. AGAIN ON 19.06.20 I CONTACTED SAME TECHINICIAN PERSON FOR REPLACING THE HD SETUP BOX HE REPLIES THEY NOT YET RECEIVED THE BOX FOR REPLACEMENT SO I HAS TO WAIT FO MORE 8 DAYS. THIS IS DISGUSTING.
