Hello Sir,
I have taken Tatasky DTH connection 3months back. There is some problem with the modem since on last 7th june, DTH stopped working hence I called customer care immediately to take a look. A guy from TATA came up on the same day & informed that modem is fail so this needs to be replaced which would be done from their end with in 48 hours & my service would be resumed. Now after 7th june to till date nobody have yet visited to my place neither i got any call from technical team to get this fixed. Its been 10days to this issue & i have called Tata Customer Care 35/40 times & everytime i got the same answer that visit would be arranged within 2hours, we are sorry & don’t worry but this is not the case. Can you please check from your end with the complain number & my contact that how long would it take to address in priority?
