This is Rohit Kumar as a customer of Tatasky DTH service and I’m tired of there pathetic service seriously ?Every month there is a recharge of 560INR which now converted into 522INR thanks to TRAI new policies. But this shitty DTH services turning into a pathetic service after TRAI new guidline no response from customer care executive or nor from website chat service. On the top whenever I tried to call customer service they ask for some extra money for a technical assistance. Whereas, as per a new TRAI policies some free channels got turn down from my package and when I discussed on customer care they replied sorry sir we don’t have any update like that. Please help me to get rid of this shitty DTH services or cutdown there satellite signals forever so they won’t fruad any customer like this My humble request to TRAI new policies please rectify this not only for me but for everyone who is using this shitty DTH services. Please HELP……….????
