I have recharged the tatasky two times in a row but the transactions are failed due to internal issues and the amount was deducted and it was agreed by Tatasky customer support team. They have told that the refund will come in 10 working days but it never did come back to me
They are not/stopped responding to my emails or calls and not refunding my amount back
Could you please help to refund my amount back
