Im using TATASKY with subscriber id:1199877273. I was facing signal issue and contacted tatasky customer care then they sent their service person. He changed the dish place stating that signal strength is not good at the present place. Then they charged me Rs.300 and after that I tried many times to contact customer care and their answer was not logical and Rational and they were saying that for dish relocation charges will be applicable. my question is How a customer is responsible for signal problem.
