For last 1 month I am not able to use the TataSky services as my antenna was dismantled and given to some other customer from my apartment by the field engineer (Mr. Sadashiv +91 97418 50097) on 6th of April, now he is not even picking up my calls.
Everytime I have to write a mail to TataSky Helpdesk to get a callback and I have to explain what has happened each time and on call I am assured by TataSky technical team that the issue will be resolved very soon. But nothing happened so far. I want this issue to be fixed ASAP.
