A Unisyn Enterprise executive (I have his name and no. will give if required) came to my home as sales executive of Tata sky Digital TV and told me that they would arrange a connection in 2 day and took Rs:2351/- from Me.
2 days later Tatasky Subscriber ID was created and my account was recharged with Rs:1352/- and I got a message with technician details and schedule for installation.
However, unexpectedly due to Covid-19 Lockdown was initiated by Indian government on the same day Installation was scheduled and hence was cancelled. I waited for almost 2 Months now. Lockdown is eased from 7AM-7PM now.
I got a call from Tatasky asking for best time to come for installation and said they would send someone in 2days and nothing happened after that.
I spoke to Tatasky call center and they said my recharge amount was refunded due to Non-Installation and asked me to check with Vendor (Unisyn Enterprise) for refund.
I am trying to contact the executive from multiple days but there is no response from him. Please help me in refunding the amount
