I am not getting signal of Tatasky DTH service since 21st May. I have informed them by WhatsApp and phone call on 23rd May. On 24th May complaint was recorded,but till now service is not resumed. I have taten up the matter several times with them and escalated the complaint to the nodal officer on 2nd June,but still service is not provided till date, ie 9th June in spite of my regular follow up call. Even they are not informing any dateline by which service likely to be resumed. My subscriber ID is 1336406549.
