My tata sky I’d is 1050045291, DD bharti channel no 1194 became deactive wef 19/04/2020 whenever all others channels were active except DD bharti, after making a complaint, a mechanic visited my house and active the same , but tata sky deducted Rs 150/ from my subscription , Sir as per TRAI rules this is the duty of tatasky to provide all DD channel free of cost , tata sky representative told me this is service charges, sir how they can deduct fee , this is the duty of tatasky to provide dd channels, pl instrut tata sky to refund the charges in my account immediately.
