I am a tatasky customer id 1140368067. I had recharged for Rs 800 for 2 consecutive months Apr 19 and May 19 for Sports English pack. Most of the due channels never started. Have complained many times at the customer care with promise for resolution in 24 hrs. My last complain was on 28 May complain no. 1hqamrul with promise of resolution in 24 hrs. Entire amount of the 2nd month also was consumed today and channels never started. When i called today i was again told that problem will be resolved by 3 jun. I obviously donot intend to loose rs 800 for 3rd month so i do not wish to renew. However i felt cheated of lot of money.
