I have paid the monthly charges of Rs. 596 for a bouquet of channels that I subscribed. For last one week no channel is appearing on the screen. You will appreciate that under the lockdown the only way to entertain oneself and family. However, TataSky channels are blank. Please consider this as an urgent complaint and restore all the channels that I have subscribed immediately.
