This is the history;
From June 28th, Friday the internet is not working. I had a local tatasky technician number 72009 06888 & called him to check. This is because, i can’t dial the toll free number 18602086633 & he is the one laid cable to my home. The toll free number is not even connecting. Tried so many times. Hence reached this guy. And he said that the Cable is cut & looking into it.
Later on Saturday, again i tried calling the above toll free number but my attempts are not success. So again call this guy. He updated that the cable pole was hit by a vechicle & it will fixed on Saturday EOD. But still not done.
Frustrated in calling the toll free number, sent a mail to care@tataskybroadband.com on July-02, Tuesday. Got a response with the complaint id. That is C-312280
Still no action & my internet is down. So i got another another toll free number from my friend that is 18002676771. Called to this number on July-05, Friday. A representative called AshviniKumar attend the call & hear all my complaint & not raise a ticket or case about my issue. I came to know this when call CC again on July-06, Saturday evening.The Lady attended the call said that no compliant registered so far for issue reported & took a compliant & raised a case. Ticket is T-317749. This happened on Saturday & promised me that within 24 hours the technician will attend the issue. But till now July-08 morning 9:50AM, no one called me or visit my home to check the issue.
Really frustrated that this is the 11day without internet & tried calling TATASKY BROADBAND CC. Still today (July-10) my internet is down. Very poor service from TataSky BB.
