My tatasky binge remote has not been working since 09/11/2020 about which i complaint on 10/11/2020. i was assured that the technician will come within 24 hrs to take a look at that. nobody came. i had a chat with tatasky after 24 hrs were over and again i was assured about the next day. on 12/11/2020 i had a chat with mudasir loan and he assured me again that tomo by 10 am i will get a tech visit. a tech person called the next day (13/11/2020) but didnt come. again i had a chat with the chat dept and got a chance to speak to mudasir loan again. i asked for supervisor multiple times but he didnt give it to supervisor and kept on saying your issue will be resolved by 10 am tomo. i am attaching a file of our chat.
kindly help me as i m getting this runaround for the past 6 days and i dont know how long it will go on. tatasky is giving a worst customer service and due to some incompetent people, the whole brand name is being tarnished.
