I was misguided by the agent about the offer for “Tatasky Binge“provided by tatasky. A agent from “Unisyn Enterprises” has misguided us with the offers and plan. I paid Rs.2400 for tatasky subscription on 21 July 2020.  We were notified that the fire tv stick will be provided at free of cost and one month it be free however no information was shared by the agent that we have to pay Rs.259 every month separately after one month trial period. The agent informed us that we just have to pay only for the TV channels and that too for six months we’ll be having free access to Tamil channels.

At the time of installation (22 July 2020), the person who came for installation told me that we have to pay extra 259 every month or else they would take back Amazon fire TV stick.  After knowing this, we immediately called the agent from Unisyn Enterprises. I asked few questions and doubts for better clarification and understanding. I had a pathetic experience were the agent abruptly disconnected the call when we were talking with him. Twice he disconnected our call.

Immediately called tatasky customer care to escalate it further.They said that they are registering a complaint and we’ll receive a callback within 24 hours.

I need a clear explanation and details of the tatasky plans. I would like to cancel the Tatasky binge which was opted earlier. I wish to speak with supervisor or manager from Tatasky Team.
