- On March 27th 2019, I got my connection suspended for relocation from Noida to Goa. My balance was ₹10800.
- Yesterday 18th Aug, I submitted the request for connection restoration at my new address in Goa but the balance is now ₹2900
- When I asked Tata sky executive about it, he gave me the answers which were beyond my comprehensions.
- As a consumer I requested that I am relocation to new place to the connection has to be switched off and I wasn’t told by tatasky team that in their official language that relocation is not suspension.
- The relocation involves 3 steps as per my understanding.
- Disconnection
- Removing all dish antennas and devices
- Reinstalling all devices & dishes at new location
- There should be no billing until these steps gets completed. But in my case, Tata sky took away ₹8000 without completing 3rd step of relocation.
- I haven’t used any services since 27th March till now because my relocation status isn’t completed yet.
