Dear team

I have recharged my Tata sky account (1279644072) on dated 21/10/2020

The amount which was requested already deducted from my bank account but still neither recharge got successful nor credited in my bank account. I have complained the same issue via telephonic discussion with Tata sky representative.. He/she has informed me that your query will be short out earlier and dedicated amount will be credited within 7 business days.

Still no one giving positive feedback regarding my query, also my problem does not solved after registration of complain.

Kindly look into the matter and solve my issue as soon as possible.
