My complaint regarding the connection of Tatasky (ID 1329864332) in my name. On 14/07/2020 Victers channel (1897) was not available. Hence I registered a complaint on that day itself in Toll free number of Tatasky 18602086633 and complaint number is WO NO#1-27 WEOKPA. Immediately they contacted me through phone and cleared the problem from their office in a phone call. Technician did not come to my house. As per their rule, if the technician comes to the house and repairs the defect, I have to pay a service charge of Rs.150/- to him. But they had withdrawn Rs.150/- from my monthly subscription having validity till 2/8/2020. From 14/07/20 onwards they disconnected my Tatasky connection.
