I have 2 connections one in primary (in hall) and secondary(in another room). I have given a complaint of not getting signals in secondary setup box. Service men came and corrected the complaint but immediately in primary connection my account is deactivated. We have complained about this and ticket id is KLY1UE7(saturday). They said it will take max 24hrs but till now (monday) 48hrs completed but there is no response. Now also called customer care to resolve they said it will be solved by 8pm. How can we tolerate this irresponsibility.
