I has Tata solar panels installed at my residence in August 2024 , last month on 21/5/2025 I registered a complaint with their customer service reference no CSN 656164 as my system stopped working , the service engineer who visited told me apart of the inverter had burnt and as it was under guarantee it would be replaced within a week . So far no action has been taken despite several calls & emails no action has been taken by Tata solar . I am going to be financial loss because of their negligence of not providing the service support expected from a Tata company
