Text of Complaint by Sankajit Gargari:

Dear Sir, I lodged a complaint in Tata sky customer care in order to resolve the malfunctioning of set top box at about 9.13am on 5th January, 13E2KOBHU/ Complain no. I have been assured that my issue would get resolved by 24hrs. However no one bothered a bit to fix my issue from Tata Sky end. Though I revived a call from their concerned team yesterday statingengineer’s quick visit which doesn’t take place yet after exceeding the stipulated duration. I called up again this morning & got the same response. I just received a call from their back end confirming engineer’s visit by today. I am feeling inexplicable humiliation and ignorance displayed by Tata Sky. Your local operator and field executives literally ruin your reputation by delivering poor service to the customer. I would like to request you to ponder over as the axiomatic approach from my end to leave the connection asap. Thanks
