Text of Complaint by Manasvi Sharma:

I am a TATASKY customer (customer ID 1035945094). I have recharged my account with Rs 7308 for a year ( amount was told to me by tatasky executive) on 21st Oct 2021. I was also informed by the tatasky executive that on recharge of 12 months amount, I will get bonus of one month recharge amount i.e. Rs 609.
But after recharge for a complete one year I got a message from tatasky that your next due date for recharge is 15th Sep 2022 (which should be 20th Nov 2022) that means I got subscription of only 11 months after paying for 12 month amount.
Then I got a second message from tatasky for Bonus Amount of Rs 334.05 which should be Rs 609 (one month Subscription Amount) as company claims that it gives 13 months subscription if customer pays for 12 months subscription.
